How do I get my purchases to my US address?
When you make a purchase from a US online retailer, you request them to send the shipment to your assigned US address. You will need to make sure you give them your suite number / PMB Number. Otherwise, there can be a delay in the processing of your shipment. It is also important to contact your credit card company so you can add this address as a valid "ship to" address.
Once our warehouse receives your merchandise, it will be scanned, inspected for damaged and you will receive immediate notification of arrival via email. At that point you can decide to forward it or hold it for future consolidation.
